Commissioned artwork can only be used for personal/non-profit use only

Proper credit must be given to the artist in all cases, and the client is not authorized to claim the artwork as their own.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for NFT(s) or to train AI programs

Violating these terms will result in blacklisting.

Do not send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send the payment.

Commissions can be paid 100% or 50% upfront after sketch approval

The completed artwork file will be sent to you after the full payment has been made

Refunds may be given if I am unable to complete the commission and given based on how much work is done. If the commission is cancelled before the work has started, client will recieve a full refund.

No refunds will be issued once the artwork has been completed.

The time it takes to finish commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, current workload, and health.

If there are any delays in completion of a commission, the artist will personally notify the client

The price includes two free revisions. However, major revisions, such as changes to the character's pose or whole clothes, can only be made during the rough sketch. Once the sketch has been approved, no major edits will be made. If additional major revisions are required after the sketch has been approved, an additional fee may be discussed.

If the artist makes any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, the edits will be made at no additional cost.

I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I kindly request necessary details and specifications to ensure a satisfactory result.

Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; or any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.

I have CTS that might flare up anytime, I will inform you if I unable to continue the commissions and you have the right to ask for a refund based on how much work is done.
